German Vehicle Specialists – Dundalk

McKeown Auto Services in Dundalk, Co. Louth, is Ireland’s leading independent German vehicle specialist, providing expert servicing, diagnostics, and repairs for Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, and MINI vehicles.

Our highly-qualified technicians have extensive experience working on German-engineered cars and vans, combining in-depth technical knowledge with advanced, manufacturer-specific diagnostic equipment to deliver accuracy and performance every time.

German vehicles are globally recognised for their engineering excellence, but this means they also require a different level of expertise and attention to maintain and repair them.

Manufacturer-Specific Diagnostics

At McKeown Auto Services, we are equipped with the same manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools as the main dealership workshops, which are:

• VW Audi Group – ODIS
• BMW/Mini – ISTA/D
• Mercedes – XENTRY

Additionally, we are an official Castrol Service workshop, so you can be assured that only their premium oils and lubricants are used on your German vehicle for optimum performance and reliability.

Warranty-Preserving Servicing & Repairs

Whether it’s a routine service, brake or timing chain replacement, or a complex electrical issue, our technicians have the skills and equipment to get it right the first time.

We follow each manufacturer’s recommended servicing schedules, ensuring that any remaining manufacturer warranty is preserved.  Our workshop also works on post-warranty German cars and vans with the same attention to detail, offering a genuine, less expensive alternative to main dealers without compromising quality or service.

Why Choose McKeown Auto Services?

While we specialise in German marques, our skills and expertise extend across most other makes and models, including electric and hybrid variants.

Our team is trained in EV and hybrid maintenance, battery health checks, regenerative braking systems, and high-voltage safety procedures, making McKeown Auto Services a genuine, independent, one-stop workshop for modern motoring.

As a Castrol Service centre, you know that any and all work McKeown Auto Services carries out on your premium German vehicle will be of the highest quality without costing the earth.

Our services include:

• full and interim servicing
